- My package has not arrived yet? Where is it?
Answer: We always ship all orders received before 12 noon (weekdays and public holidays) on the same day. If you have chosen free shipping, Postnord wants at least 2 working days to deliver. For example, if you place an order on a Friday after 12 noon, we will post your order on the following Monday. The earliest you can expect delivery will be on Wednesday. We understand that it feels like a long time but unfortunately we can't speed up Postnord's delivery times. Please choose one of our trackable delivery options if you want faster and trackable delivery. Varubrev 2-3 working days (SEK 49, in your mailbox) Fastest 1-2 working days (REK for SEK 89 extra) if you want faster delivery. When choosing 1st class and REK, you will receive a notification to the mobile number and e-mail you specified in your order. Download the Postnord app to track your shipment. REK will come to your nearest agent and you need to identify yourself when picking up. The name on the order and the person picking up the order must be the same. - What do I do when I want to exchange/return a piece of jewelry?
Answer: You have two options if you want to exchange your jewelry.
1. If you want to exchange a piece of jewelry, you can place a completely new order for the desired jewelry in the webshop. We will post your order directly. You return the jewelry that has gone wrong to us at:

When we receive your return, a refund is made to your account in the amount corresponding to the returned jewelry. If you have chosen to pay with Klarna, the refund will be made automatically from the account you have with Klarna. The same applies to payment with Swish or Paypal.We cannot refund to any other account than the payment method you chose at the time of order.
2. If you want to return a piece of jewelry or regret your purchase. Then send back the jewelry or jewelry you wish to return. Please attach the delivery note and note which jewelry you wish to return or exchange. Once we have received your return, we will make a refund on the return or we will follow your instructions on the desired exchange of, for example, size. We will post your new jewelry free of charge by return mail.
- How do I get a return slip?
Answer: We always post everything carriage paid. However, you are responsible for the return shipping. We do not provide return labels. Usually 1 stamp of SEK 11 is enough, but it is your own responsibility that the return reaches us.
